  1. What payments do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Checkout, & Money Orders.
  2. Is your website safe? 100%! Our site is McAfee Secure – Hacker Safe. Our checkout system is protected by VeriSign.
  3. Are your products authentic? Yes, 100% guaranteed. Every one of our items is authentic and not bootlegged. We only use the most trusted suppliers. Most items come directly from the manufacture.
  4. How quickly do you ship my item? We usually ship most orders within 48 to 72 hours of the order being placed.
  5. What shipping methods do you offer? We ship most items via USPS. Our standard shipping is First Class or Airmail. We also offer Priority Mail shipping. If you need your item sooner please email us. Additional chargers will apply.
  6. Do you overnight night orders? Please email us. We have certain time frames that have to be met. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply.
  7. Do you offer shipping discounts? Yes, to receive the combined shipping discount of $1.99US for US and Canada shipping & $4.99US for international orders; you must pay the regular shipping on the highest priced shipping and handling item first. If you are interested in buying over 10 items please contact us for free or deeply discounted shipping even on international orders to specific countries.

    We also offer free standard shipping for US domestic orders over $100US. This discount will be applied during checkout.

  8. Do you send a tracking number? Yes, on domestic orders you will receive the number as soon as it ships. We do not send tracking numbers on international orders. You will receive an email when the item ships. Please email us and we will send the US customs number.
  9. Do you ship international? Yes, we ship to nearly every country in the world. Sporting Up Inc. is not responsible for any taxes or duties that your country may impose once the item has shipped. Please also understand that shipping international means longer transit times. We recommend that you purchase our transit insurance.
  10. I have not received my item, what can I do? Please email us. We will work with you to find the item. On international orders please allow 7- 14 business days for most countries. Italy and Brazil can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Please check with your local post office to see if they have a package for you.
  11. Do you charge sales tax? We only charge sales tax if the item is shipped to a Kansas address.
  12. I have emailed you and not received a reply. Why? We do most our business over email. This allows us to save on overhead and offer great prices. We answer most email questions within 48 hours of it being received. Please check your junk folder.
  13. The picture of the hat shows a different size then in the description. Why? The picture is just to show the style and color. The description size is always the correct size.
  14. How do I know my hat size? Measure your head with a tape measure fitting it comfortably about one inch above your ears. Take the inches of the size and use the chart below to find your size.
