Returns and Exchanges

We want to make sure you have the best experience with Sporting Up. We offer a very easy return and exchange policy.
 
Refunds & Exchanges will be issued after the following conditions are met; Tags are still on the item, the item is smoke-free, not worn, still in brand new condition and we are notified within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item once it is received and the above conditions are met.  Shipping is refunded only if the problem is the result of an error by Sporting Up.
 
For exchanges please note the size or item wanted on the exchange. We cannot guarantee that the item requested will be in stock. If the new item is in stock it will be shipped out and if not a refund will be issued.

Return shipping is paid for only if the problem is the result of an error by Sporting Up.

Modifying or Cancelling Your Order

Shopping is a wonderful stress relief, but we recognize that occasionally you might complete your order before you are ready. No worries! As long as you get an email sent to us at customerservice@sportingup.com prior to shipment, we will be sure to modify your order as desired to ensure timely arrival of the products you do want.

Shipping

We appreciate your business! Most of our products ship out within 1 business day with the exception of special event items which are not manufactured until after the completion of the event. These items typically arrive in our warehouse within 3 business days and will ship out on the day received. Holland Bar Stool Co items are made to order and ship within 2 weeks of the order being placed. Once an order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Should you mistype the address or have any changes to your order, please notify us ASAP via phone (during business hours) or via email after hours. Thanks for shopping with us, we truly appreciate it!

I received the wrong item.

We are terribly sorry! We have a variety of products to meet your game day needs, and while that is a great thing, it can create confusion when we are preparing your order for shipment. If you have received the incorrect item, please email us at customerservice@sportingup.com and let us know so that we can get the correct item shipped out to you immediately with a return label to enable you to return the incorrect item to us at no additional cost to you.

Do you ship internationally? If so, how long until I should expect my item?

Yes we do! Some destinations, such as Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, receive their packages within 7-10 days. However, every country's courier system varies. Other countries can take much longer, sometimes as long as 4-6 weeks, but if you need an estimate based on your location, please contact us at customerservice@sportingup.com.

We accept American Express, Diner's Club, Discover, JCB, PayPal, MasterCard, and Visa.

Discount and Coupon Codes

To apply your discount or coupon code, add your desired items to your shopping cart. When you go to checkout, under "Order Summary", click on "Have a discount code? Click here to enter it". Input your code, click "Apply", and you should immediately see your discount take effect.
If you are entering a coupon code and it doesn't work, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@sportingup.com so that we can help you take advantage of your savings.
